Where do you ship?
Stein Mart currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States. We are pleased to offer delivery to APO and FPO addresses as well.
Please note:
- We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska (it is coming!)
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
- We do not offer international shipping at this time, including to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or Guam
To ensure your order is processed and delivered without delay, please provide a complete and valid street address at checkout.
Can I cancel or modify my order once placed?
To ensure a best-in-class online shopping experience, orders begin processing as soon as they are placed. As a result, we are unable to guarantee order cancellations or changes after checkout is complete.
If you wish to modify your order, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible through our Contact Form, using "Orders and Shipping" as the subject. Please include your order number, located in your confirmation email, along with the specific changes you are looking to make. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
If your order has already been processed, you may initiate a return after receiving your package, in accordance with our return policy.
